 Tad Delegal has been practicing law in Florida since 1991, concentrating on labor and employment law since 1993. He is one of fewer than 200 lawyers statewide who has been certified by the Florida Bar as a labor and employment law specialist, and he is the only attorney in Florida who has received double certification in both labor and employment law and in state and federal administrative practice.

Mr. Delegal is joined by attorney Elizabeth Oakes. Ms. Oakes formerly of the San Francisco firm of Sheppard Mullin, Richter & Hampton, previously represented management in employment law matters. Subsequently, Ms. Oakes served as a career law clerk for United States Magistrate Judge Wayne D. Brazil, in the Northern District of California. She is currently admitted to practice in both Florida and California.

Wendy Byndloss is admitted to practice in both Virginia and in Washington, D.C., as well as in Florida. Prior to joining our firm, she represented federal employees and litigated overtime claims in the D.C. area.
