Wendy Byndloss is admitted to practice in Florida, D.C. and Virginia. Before joining the firm, Ms. Byndloss practiced employment law in the Washington, D.C. area, where she represented federal employees and litigated class-action overtime claims.
Ms. Byndloss graduated from the George Washington University Law School located in Washington, D.C., with honors, and was designated a Thurgood Marshall Scholar during her last semester of law school. At graduation, Ms. Byndloss received the American Bar Association/Section of Labor & Employment Law and The Bureau of National Affairs award for excellence in Labor & Employment law. During law school, Ms. Byndloss was on both the Moot Court and Mock Trial Boards at her law school. Ms. Byndloss graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, with distinction, with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Ms. Byndloss is also a member of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Jacksonville Women's Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association.
In her spare time, Ms. Byndloss enjoys poetry, Civil War history and exploring Jacksonville's beautiful and historical waterfront areas.
